This page covers creationcodes.co: what it collects, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed. Short version: I collect only what you send me, I use it only to talk with you about working together, and I delete it when you ask.

Who is responsible

What I collect

• Your application. Name, email, and your answers on the application form.
• Email. Anything you send me directly.
• Technical data. Like any website, the hosting server records your IP address and browser details in its logs. The application form also keeps a hashed form of your IP address for one hour so it can limit repeated submissions.

The Permissionless Creator pages (this one, the homepage, About and the application) run no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

Some older pages on this domain, including the Archetype Architecture and Know Thy Client pages, use Google Analytics, HubSpot and Jetpack Stats to measure visits. Those tools set cookies and record how you use those pages.

Why

To read your application, decide whether the container is a fit, and contact you about a Connection Call. You asked to be considered, so the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Keeping the site secure and free of spam is a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Your answers are never sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list without your separate consent.

Where it goes

• Hostinger hosts the website.
• Resend delivers the application from the form to my inbox.
• Google hosts my email.
• Google Analytics, HubSpot and Jetpack (Automattic) receive visit data from the older pages named above.
• YouTube (Google) supplies the thumbnail for the client interview. The video itself only loads if you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, including in the United States, under their own data processing terms.

How long I keep it

If we work together, your application becomes part of our client records for as long as the engagement and any legal record-keeping requires. If we don't, I delete it within 12 months of your application, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email aleksander@creationcodes.co and I'll act within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
